Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with predictive modeling tools and foresight software (e.g., Palisade @RISK, Kumu.io)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
