Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning

- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to embed foresight methodologies across the organization
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
