Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) into core offerings
- Deliver executive briefings on future market disruptions and competitive positioning
- Establish innovation KPIs to track progress against future-state objectives
- Build and lead a dedicated futures research team with global industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology and societal impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex global scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Presentation skills for executive audiences and board-level stakeholders
