Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Framework, integrating predictive analytics with scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic domains
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Published thought leadership in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Global network connections with futurist communities and research institutions
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
