Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Establish and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market risks and opportunities through data-driven modeling
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, and climate innovation
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Strong data visualization capabilities (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
