Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen products and service ecosystems
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for board-level audiences
- Partner with R&D to integrate foresight into product roadmaps and research agendas
- Mentor a team of innovation analysts and futurist associates
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
