Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate foresight strategy using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts with 3-5 year impact
- Design immersive future-state workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in strategic foresight and adaptive planning
- Present compelling future narratives to boards, investors, and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and market disruption modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Track record of translating foresight into measurable business outcomes
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration expertise
