Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic roadmap for corporate innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into annual planning cycles
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decisions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term corporate strategies with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for translating foresight into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or scenario-planning projects
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in tech or Fortune 500 environments
