Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to build 2026 strategic foresight models
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, climate resilience, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author annual 'Horizon Scan' reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable innovations
- Build relationships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects or published research
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
