- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers while managing $2M annual innovation budget
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN sustainability forums to influence policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in Delphi method, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ implemented future-shaping initiatives (e.g., climate tech, neurotech)
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Loop Analysis, System Dynamics)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
