Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and validate future scenarios using quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future intelligence into corporate strategy
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership on emerging trends
- Establish foresight frameworks to quantify and mitigate future risks/opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4 scenario modeling)
