Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps and scenario planning models focused on the year 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct macro-environmental analysis to identify emerging opportunities and disruptive threats in the tech landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to prototype and validate futuristic concepts.
- Present complex predictive scenarios to C-level executives to secure buy-in for high-stakes strategic pivots.
- Monitor global economic and social shifts to adjust organizational trajectories in real-time.
- Identify and partner with key thought leaders and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, systems analysis, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and predictive modeling software.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate abstract concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in technology, policy, or sustainability sectors is highly preferred.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related technical field is a plus.
