- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate foresight analysis into actionable business strategies and roadmaps
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops to prepare the organization for multiple future possibilities
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems to track strategic initiative effectiveness against future-state objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with demonstrable impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data from diverse domains (tech, sociology, economics, geopolitics)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, business strategy, or related field
