Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Conduct primary research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and investment roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and keynote presentations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level future strategy projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
