Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing mentorship.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, increase occupancy rates, and maximize profitability.
- Handle all guest inquiries and complaints with the utmost professionalism, aiming to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to budget, P&L management, and financial reporting requirements.
- Foster a culture of hospitality that encourages teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing P&L in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant hospitality management certification (e.g., CHA) is preferred.
- A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and leading a dedicated team.
