Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a memorable stay.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, property management systems).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
