In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for the overall success of the property. You will lead a talented team, manage financial performance, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations across front-of-house, housekeeping, and backend departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage the P&L, ensuring profitability through effective cost control and innovative revenue management strategies.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages professional development, teamwork, and high morale.
- Handle complex guest relations and resolve high-level complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy rates and enhance brand reputation.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain the highest service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale establishment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budgeted revenue and occupancy targets.
- Valid Food Service Manager (FSM) license and alcohol awareness certification.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.
