As the General Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality control.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, develop and monitor annual budgets, and implement strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse and high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Guest Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, handling VIP needs and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing initiatives and operational improvements to enhance the hotel's market position.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all brand standards, health, safety, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in progressive leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
