Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and backend departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and brand reputation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security across the property.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team culture.
- Manage the P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a full-service hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, food and beverage, and front office systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
