Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly and efficiently process check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or resolving issues on the spot.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the lobby is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
- Service Coordination: Assist guests with luggage, local recommendations, and special requests to enhance their overall experience.
- Security & Safety: Verify guest identities and adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect both guests and property assets.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate daily logs, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available for shift work, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technology: Proficiency with computers and standard hotel software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and able to work independently.
