Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and housekeeping, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards.
- Manage the P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue generation strategies.
- Foster a culture of exceptional service by leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse staff of hospitality professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, local partners, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and ADR (Average Daily Rate).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
- Proven track record of managing a multi-million dollar budget and P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Relevant hospitality degree or certification is highly preferred.
