As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitability, reputation, and operational excellence of the property. You will lead a diverse team of professionals dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand reputation are maintained at all times.
- Manage the annual budget and financial reporting to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses and tourism boards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hotel management, preferably within luxury properties.
- Proven track record of success in increasing revenue and managing P&L.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid hospitality management certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
