Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries via email or chat, and provide accurate information about our amenities and local attractions.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately while maintaining strict security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area to ensure a positive first impression for every visitor.
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, luggage handling, and local recommendations.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus; willingness to learn new software is essential.
