Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution and high standards of service.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and maximize revenue.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our brand values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests and vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven track record in P&L management, budget administration, and revenue management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Deep knowledge of current hospitality trends and technology.
