Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution of front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the P&L, control labor costs, and implement strategies to maximize RevPAR and revenue growth.
- Guest Experience: Champion a service-first philosophy, personally addressing VIP guests and resolving complex service issues.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to secure corporate contracts and drive local market penetration.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, hospitality software (e.g., Oracle, StayNTouch), and budgeting processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a large team.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
