Responsibilities
- Ensure guest safety and security through vigilant monitoring of premises and access points
- Perform efficient check-ins/check-outs with personalized service during overnight hours
- Operate night audit systems to maintain accurate financial records
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Conduct routine property inspections to uphold brand standards
- Manage emergency protocols and incident reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment during off-hours
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office
- Valid Florida driver's license (if required for property transport)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
