Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the annual budget and P&L statement, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor management staff to ensure high performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management.
- Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
