Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors entering the hotel.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries about local attractions, and providing directions.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, order, and visual appeal of the lobby, reception areas, and public spaces.
- Communication: Relay messages and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols and security procedures.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over prior history. We are happy to train the right candidate.
- Personality: Must possess a friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
