Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer phone calls professionally and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Manage room keys and security access for guests.
- Resolve basic guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and timely manner.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Support special events and hotel functions as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
