Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean guest rooms and suites, ensuring linens, bathrooms, and living areas are immaculate.
- Amenities & Restocking: Restock guest amenities and supplies to ensure a luxurious experience for every visitor.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and restrooms in common areas.
- Reporting: Promptly report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Standards Compliance: Adhere strictly to all hotel cleaning protocols and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
