Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries regarding amenities, local attractions, and services
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to resolve guest requests
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic guest-facing environment
