Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests using property management systems
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and coordinate with hotel departments
- Operate phone systems and manage reservations
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of front desk area
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation needs
Qualifications
