Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk including check-ins/check-outs and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including phone calls and email correspondence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn hotel operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
