Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-in/out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera software
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with valet services and bell operations as needed
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license for valet operations
