Responsibilities
- Greets and warmly welcomes guests upon arrival with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manages the front desk operations, ensuring efficient and accurate check-ins and check-outs.
- Answers incoming calls and responds to guest inquiries via email and in-person with promptness and courtesy.
- Provides guests with local directions, recommendations, and detailed information about hotel amenities.
- Handles guest complaints and special requests with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintains a pristine and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Collaborates closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a focus on hospitality etiquette.
- Strong customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) or standard MS Office applications.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable personality.
