Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk lobby area
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâwelcoming career changers and students
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn reservation systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
