Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, using provided cleaning products and equipment.
- Bedmaking: Make beds to exact company standards, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are neatly arranged.
- Maintenance: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and polish surfaces to maintain a high level of visual appeal.
- Restocking: Monitor and replenish guest amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and towels as needed.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Shift Adherence: Maintain punctuality and efficiency during your assigned shift hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
