Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, efficient check-in/check-out experiences using our property management system
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge of El Paso attractions
- Maintain pristine front desk and lobby areas to reflect our premium standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest satisfaction
- Process payments and accurately manage reservation systems
- Uphold strict security protocols for guest information and key handling
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Zero hospitality experience required—we train you!
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license if assisting with valet parking
