Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (evening, overnight, or weekend)
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning, restocking amenities, and maintaining common areas
- Assist front desk with check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to safety protocols and hotel standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to management
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems and guest check-ins
