Responsibilities

- Answering incoming phone calls and emails to address inquiries, make reservations, and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with directions, local recommendations, and special requests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and common spaces.
- Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality.
- Processing payments accurately and securely while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure during peak check-in hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light luggage when necessary.
