Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area recommendations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over technical skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
