Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including handling payments and issuing room keys.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel services.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
