About the Role:
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable from the moment they arrive until they depart. We are looking for energetic team players who are ready to learn the ropes of luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries via email or in person, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Operations Support: Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and general lobby maintenance to ensure a pristine environment.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and find effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records using hotel management software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Shift Management: Adhere to scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over past experience. Previous hospitality work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and typing skills are required.
- Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
