Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional and memorable first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the hotel property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest emails promptly to address inquiries and requests.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and information regarding hotel amenities and services.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
