Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including verifying identification and processing payments accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all signage and materials are up to date.
- Handle cash transactions and balance daily reports at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
