Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring 5-star standards
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities promptly
- Coordinate with front desk for room turnover timing
- Inspect public spaces (lobbies, restrooms) for cleanliness
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic English communication abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
