Responsibilities
- Lead front desk operations and supervise guest services team
- Handle VIP guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping team
- Train staff on reservation systems and service protocols
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements
- Collaborate with sales and events departments for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages preferred)
- Proficiency with Opera or PMS reservation systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Miami hospitality market knowledge
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
