Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check-in/check-out hotel guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional communication skills
- Process reservations, payments, and manage room availability systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management departments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full paid training

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
