Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with warm professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using our modern hotel management system

- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
