Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling when needed
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness and safety at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience requiredâcomprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
